Fees and transfer policy
Every curve trade carries a 100 basis-point aggregate cost: 70 BPS settles directly in SOL and the native Token-2022 extension withholds 30 BPS in tokens. Aggregate attribution is 50 BPS creator and 50 BPS CookLab. After graduation, only the native 30 BPS remains.

The trade instruction computes the total fee and its destinations from the same input value used for the market exchange.
Worked example: 10 SOL
A curve trade has a 100 BPS aggregate cost. Seventy BPS settles in SOL: 40 BPS creator and 30 BPS CookLab. Token-2022 withholds 30 BPS in tokens for later 10/20 BPS distribution. The resulting economic attribution is 50 BPS creator and 50 BPS CookLab.
- Creator attribution: 40 BPS SOL + 10 BPS token
- CookLab attribution: 30 BPS SOL + 20 BPS token
- Launch referral: 10% of CookLab attribution
- After graduation only the native 30 BPS remains
Economic intent
The creator earns when the market is used, not through an increased hidden supply. The protocol funds infrastructure from the same transparent flow. Referral accounting is derived and must reconcile to finalized fee events before any treasury payout.
- Creator share is never diluted by referral
- No referral means protocol retains its full half
- Amounts use checked integer division
- A database ledger is not proof of payment
