Graduation

Canonical CookLab whitepaperProduct & protocol specification · Version 3.0
CURVE85 SOLGRADUATED

Graduation begins at the fixed 85 SOL reserve threshold. Approximately 180.56M unsold curve tokens remain with the reserve in the curve PDA, which becomes the canonical CookSwap pool. The same terminal purchase can trade overflow against that pool, burn the reserved 100M, open vesting, close curve trading, and emit the proof events.

CookSwap has no LP mint or liquidity-withdrawal instruction. Token-2022 CPI behavior and every failure path must still be integration-tested before mainnet activation.

DEEP DIVE

Graduation is an atomic transition from virtual-reserve discovery to CookLab's native permanent-liquidity pool. It is a transaction-verifiable state change, not a marketing label.

01

Preconditions

The market must sell the 619.44M sale tranche, reach exactly 85 SOL, retain the expected 180.56M pool inventory, and remain eligible. Replaying graduation is rejected by on-chain state.

  • Threshold verified on-chain
  • Single transition per market
  • Native pool identity is the curve PDA
  • Accounts and assets reconciled before activation
02

Required outcomes

A correct graduation activates roughly 180.56M tokens with 85 SOL at the final curve price, routes terminal overflow through the live pool, burns the separate 100M reserve, opens creator vesting, closes the curve, and emits complete events.

  • No continued curve trading
  • No recoverable privileged LP position
  • Irreversible graduation burn
  • Public transaction links the before and after states
03

Integration risk

The external venue dependency is removed, but Token-2022 behavior and atomic rollback still require devnet rehearsal, failure-path testing, and independent review before mainnet.

  • No external venue program ID
  • No partial activation or overflow execution
  • Operational monitoring after activation
  • Fallback is pause—not improvisation
